The ballroom will not add any protection to the orange utan: the White House correspondents' dinner incident was not even close to be anything like a close call: the dude was stopped immediately and didn't threaten anybody in any way whatsoever. Trump was quite safe.

one time in high school my year had a pre graduation event, and the school rented one of those big convention rooms that are the closest thing most of us ever come to a ball room. anyway during the event we were served food, and one guy made it his mission to eat as much as possible. a bit after we were done eating he vomited and fully caught it in his mouth with the help of his hand, and proceeded to just swallow it all again. enjoy this cursed knowledge I am forced to carry. at least you don't have to see it lol.

On a bit of a tangent, are there schools which still teach ballroom dancing?
My high school's ballroom was the gymnasium where the basketball courts were. The White House already had one of those.
Let Trump replace the white house basketball hoop with a solid gold hoop and that basketball court will be his ballroom. A ball 🏀 room, if you will. (Is there really a basketball court inside the white house? 🤔)
