If he was dead it would be news. He's the latest in a long line of nepo babies. My guess is rehab, or something else damaging that rich people are used to burying.
What power does he have if he doesn't vote?
A no vote over a democratic vote.
By simply existing as a Republican he helps them keep the majority.
With any luck, he fell down a well and has been surviving on bugs.
And with just a bit more luck, that is where he will remain.
