Fun fact: acetone is not even that toxic. I'm pretty sure it wouldn't hurt much more than ethanol.

I’m kind of surprised it’s that high.
That means the average adult male could have about ~24fl oz/0.74L of acetone and only die half the time

Acetone is weird, it’s produced in our bodies and processed with normal metabolic processes. But 5+g/kg still seems like a lot!
Acetone is produced and disposed of in the human body through normal metabolic processes. Small quantities of it are present naturally in blood and urine. People with diabetic ketoacidosis produce it in larger amounts. Medical ketogenic diets that increase ketone bodies (acetone, β-hydroxybutyric acid and acetoacetic acid) in the blood are used to suppress epileptic attacks in children with treatment-resistant epilepsy.[29]

I was so dehydrated yesterday that I felt like I drank 8L of water. I know it was closer to 2 but god damn it was so good I had to stop myself to breathe half way through.
Be careful doing that. It takes a fair bit of water, but Water Intoxication is a real thing. It can make you quite ill and even be fatal.
Drinking too much water dilutes your blood and decreases the electrolytes in your body, especially sodium (hyponatremia). As a result, water moves into your body’s cells and causes them to swell. When you get too much water in your brain cells, it increases pressure on your brain and affects how it works. This leads to changes in your awareness, movement and behavior (altered mental status). Water intoxication is also potentially fatal.

The amount of water that causes overhydration varies. It’s important to understand how your body uses water to know how much is too much for you. Your body removes excess water through your pee. In a day, this equals about 32 to 64 ounces (about 1 to 2 liters). In some people, water intoxication symptoms can develop after drinking about a gallon (3 to 4 liters) of water over an hour or two.
It's extremely unlikely unless you're doing extreme things like running a marathon or forcing yourself to drink way beyond how thirsty you feel.
I once sterilized a worm-infested flower pot with it. They die at once when touched by a drop of acetone. The plant came out ok.

I drank ever clear once, for $20, on a dare. One sip and it took my breath away. Sticking to the Irish whiskey.
Mine was 151. Back when they had the metal screen. Had a street hockey team mate pass, brought it out, and in some stupid testosterone driven bravado, pried off the metal restrictor screen and took a huge swig. "Took my breath away" would be an understatement of orders of magnitude.
For my 21st birthday a few friends came and visited me at college, we went to the liquor store and one of us grabbed the 151 everclear to do shots of. We did shots of vodka as a chaser.
I know what you mean about it taking your breath away. Took a sip of lab grade anhydrous ethanol once (200 proof), really do not recommend it. My lips and gums burned, and my tongue shriveled as the ethanol sucked up all the moisture in my mouth. Nothing good about it.
100% ethanol is toxic in ways lower concentrations aren't, anhydrous or not. Even veteran alcoholics can get destroyed instantly as the ethanol causes chemical burns of the mouth and digestive tract.
0-68% =Astringency
68-94% = Tingly
94%-100% = apoptosis from denatured cell walls.

Don't be fooled. "Solvent Grade" is just marketing hype. The stuff you get at the drug store tastes just as good.
As someone who used acetone as a solvent in a past life (job) - it had a way of speeding up the healing process of cuts/abrasions. Not super great for the organs involved in filtering out the mess afterwards, haha.
