Used to be ice cream, is now called something like "frozen dairy dessert". Their strawberry ice cream used to be really great: milk, cream, sugar, egg, strawberry. That's it. Now it's a couple dozen weird ingredients that they can't call ice cream, and it's awful.

West Wing was a decent series. Portrayed an administration of people who weren't perfect, but tried to do the right things.
9/11 happened here because our government has spent over a century interfering and intentionally destroying the stability of other nations. In Central America, South America, the Middle East, and parts of Asia, pretty much every country within those regions has been damaged by our imposing sanctions or regime change. Yes, it's astounding that it took so long for someone to find a way to strike back at us here at home, and not that it finally happened.
Don't attribute to conspiracy theories what comes down to greed and sociopathy. People profited off the tragedy not because they performed some clandestine bullshit, but because they were always ready to take advantage of just such a situation. The ghouls will never let a good tragedy go to waste.

I was thinking about using an engraving pen to etch PEDO across Trump's face. I would be fine with putting those back out into circulation.
Windows knows when it's on an external drive. The installer would insist Windows could only be installed on an internal drive, so I would have to swap out one of the SSD's on the motherboard with the drive I intended to use. After it was done, I'd switch it out to an external case with a USB-C connection. Might boot up a dozen times, more or less, then crap out. At least it never did anything to screw up the Linux drives, but they're ext4 formatted, so Windows won't recognize them.
I was installing Win10 Pro to a SSD that I would stick in an external case. Would work, for a while, but eventually would get an error and would be unable to boot, or repair it. Windows seems to be designed to know when it's installed on an external drive, and to hose itself out of spite. I gave up after the fourth time, resigned to the fact I just had to find an alternative CAD software package that I could access from Linux.
I saw that article a while back, and thought the lasers would be handy on cameras. You can buy 1064nm IR spotting lasers but they are rather expensive. A 1 watt model will be about $1000.
They were definitely great when I sent them a used ProAm I had bought. Supposed to convert it over to a ProLight version, but I think they sent me a pretty much new marker, didn't recognize any "old" parts on it. Haven't played in years, but still have it stored away.
I love that having a 3d printer means you can create custom parts when you need them. I wanted a set of leveling brackets for a router table insert. Sketched up something in Solid Edge, sent it to the printer and a few hours later I have what I need. Nothing complex but functional. Used PETG on this set.
