Agreed, all workers should have maximum flexibility to balance their lives. Why hurt productivity for the sake of a rigid schedule?
Its my contention that happy workers are more productive. Let every worker take the time they need to maintain their work/life balance, so long as the quality of their work is unaffected.

I've been a humble cable puller for a while now. My new employer has an application called "skillsignal". I don't trust it. I don't have any reason to believe it's not snooping on me.
I haven't switched my operating system yet because I am pull cable.
How can I limit the snooping? What can I do to protect myself from this application?
