Globally, not sure, but individually, yes.
Funny thing is they literally are. Meat production is a pretty big item on the list of sources of greenhouse gas emission.
Electric? All sheep in my region work on plant biomass: grass and similar.

That's hilarious. Has anyone let the German government know that it is satire? I fear that may have been an oversight.
