If an article has already been posted, it will be removed. Different articles reporting on the same subject are permitted. If the post that matches your post is very old, we refer you to rule 5.
8. Misinformation is prohibited.
Misinformation / propaganda is strictly prohibited. Any comment or post containing or linking to misinformation will be removed. If you feel that your post has been removed in error, credible sources must be provided.
9. No link shorteners or news aggregators.
All posts must link to original article sources. You may include archival links in the post description. That is never going to happen. He's maintained at least 60% voting power, so he can't be voted out, and he's certainly not going to voluntarily give that up. He wants to be synonymous with Meta/Facebook and entrench his power as an oligarch.
I bet if he ever does step back, he'll still keep majority voting power so he can step in if whoever he chooses to replace him fucks up and no one would be able to stop him.

There would just be someone else in line to take over all that cash flow to twist it into something different, not less evil, just something else. His focus has been all over the place so someone new with a laser focus on something else would likely be even worse, because that focus wouldn’t be for anything else than the same North Star of sucking up as much money as quickly as possible.

Ok, so this person has a wiki article and in it there was apparently some drama about how Joan believes she was fired from Harvard due to pressure from Meta, which the university denies. So now I guess this is her life now.
