I can only wish he reaps exactly what he sowed.

If it makes you feel better, he absolutely hates trump, because Trump jumped the gun and now it will likely fail long term.

The stress of trump over the last decade, is likely what contributed to his heart attack and combined with Trump's rush job is why he won't live to see his plan come to fruitation.

People forget that, none of what's happening is Trump's plan, he latched onto an existing plan and insisted the timelines were drastically moved up. And that's probably what will save us, because if Paul Ryan had done half this shit as president it would have worked.

I doubt he has enough time left on this earth to reap much of it

CPR on an 80 year old means his ribs no longer exist, so that’s nice.

They're keeping the corpse on life support to avoid getting clobbered in another special election. I thought the governor appointed them but that changed now it's a special election.

You don’t perform CPR on people who are breathing. He was dead for a while before he was found. No one knows for how long. He probably is still dead, they just don’t want to announce it for purely political reasons.

Does Congress still has healthcare paid by the public?

[–] Jhex@lemmy.world 20 points 2 months ago (5 children)

oh yes, I am certain he won't shed a penny for the absolute best care which may or may not bump people who need it more...

The American tax payers are happy to pick up the tab for Mitch but not for each other (if Mitch have anything to say about it)

Eighty fucking four years old. You should be in a fucking old folks home, you dirty old bastard.

We need to enact age limits on our government, JFC. I wouldn't trust someone ten years YOUNGER to even drive safely, yet this turtle twat is a senator???

I never wish anyone dead, but don't expect me to shed tears over one of the architects of the destruction of the US.

[–] T00l_shed@lemmy.world 11 points 2 months ago (1 children)

I genuinely wish these malevolents death

[–] architect@thelemmy.club 7 points 2 months ago (2 children)

I feel like anyone saying otherwise (who doesn’t already LIKE these guys) is just lying. How could you not? “Oh just keep destroying the lives of hundreds of millions as long as I’m on my high horse never wishing you death” that’s not the moral take people think it is.

It's likely he's dead and they're hiding the fact. Can you imagine the jubilee that would happen today if it was reported he died, especially on Trump's birthday?

[–] cecinestpasunecommunication@lemmy.dbzer0.com 10 points 2 months ago (1 children)

I hope it was painful, this man is as responsible as Reagan for all this misery and suffering.

*best read in the voice of sir David Attenborough

As EMS arrived they found McConnell had been flipped onto his shell, with his legs flailing the responders were able to flip him back.

Controversy surrounds his age of 84 years old, but others of his species have lived in captivity up to 150 years old.

His Kentucky Republican breed is well known for not only surviving on the typical Republican diet of banks, oil and gas, and occasional telecommunications companies, but also has a diet supplemented from his wife's income streams of insider informed stocks.

[–] HugeNerd@lemmy.ca 15 points 2 months ago

"Mitch McConnell found unconscious" ... How could they tell?

[–] dektep@lemmy.world 15 points 2 months ago (1 children)

so he’s either already dead or just braindead mush with a heartbeat

if they hide his death until less than ninety days before election he can’t be replaced until mid-terms

[–] zd9@lemmy.world 11 points 2 months ago

of course you know they're gonna try that shit

[–] BeUnique@lemmy.zip 15 points 2 months ago

I got all excited til I saw the part about "last month". I don't wish death on many, but boy will I be happy once all these geriatrics in my government kick the bucket.

[–] pelespirit@sh.itjust.works 14 points 2 months ago (2 children)

Senate Majority Leader John Thune, R-S.D., has said that McConnell "sounded good" and "wants to be back" when they spoke the day after McConnell was hospitalized.

"He is clearly dialed in to what's going on. He's following along with stuff we are doing this week up here. Very much so," Thune said June 15, ABC News reported at the time.

[–] Assassassin@lemmy.dbzer0.com 17 points 2 months ago

Bro has been freezing up like a YouTube video on dialup for years now. There is simply no way that he is "clearly dialed in".

More than just a couple decades too late

[–] TwodogsFighting@lemdro.id 6 points 2 months ago

About eight decades.

[–] artyom@piefed.social 12 points 2 months ago

Rest in piss, shitbag

[–] lemmyng@lemmy.world 12 points 2 months ago (1 children)

If only they found him late.

[–] Bbbbbbbbbbb@lemmy.world 16 points 2 months ago (1 children)

If it helps, proper CPR breaks the ribs andis very traumatic. Being old as fuck, Bitch Mcconnel is guaranteed to be in a lot of pain

[–] SupraMario@lemmy.world 10 points 2 months ago

Not only that but CPR...is less than 10% success rate. I think it goes up a bit if you're in a hospital already, but if you're having CPR done, you're chances of survival is not super great.

[–] cy888@lemmy.world 11 points 2 months ago (2 children)

2nd cardiac event Elderly Required CPR.

Actual chance of coming back to work is low single digit percentage points. Time for new Senate majority leader.

[–] flagpole268@lemmy.zip 6 points 2 months ago (1 children)

Much lesser chance than that. Survival rates after CPR are less than 10% for adults.

i'm so fucking tired of this bastard.

he's responsible for a lot of my misery and i want him out of it.

[–] tigermountain@lemmy.world 7 points 2 months ago

And remember a few years ago this fucker also made so that if he left office for health reasons they have to appoint a Republican to replace him instead of having the choice to put either a Republican or Democrat in office.

[–] lemmylump@lemmy.world 7 points 2 months ago

These fucks are going to life support this fuck until after August 1st.

I hope he suffers every bit as much as he has caused.

[–] Pacattack57@lemmy.world 7 points 2 months ago

I am extremely confused because I could have swore this happened previously and I guess I was right. Second heart attack in a month. The police need to be called as well as the FBI. They are torturing a senile senior senator for political gain. The fact that his family is allowing this is extremely telling about the type of people they are.

With that said I hope they’re water boarding him too

[–] sportsjorts@lemmy.zip 6 points 2 months ago

Thoughts and prayers.

[–] III@lemmy.world 6 points 2 months ago

God keeps trying to send this guy to hell... why do these so called religious people keep stopping God's will?

I hope he is gone. He has done more harm to the United States of America, than maybe anyone else in the last 15 years.
