Palantir Canada needs to go bankrupt due to lack of customers.

Our current Prime Minister is invested in Palantir, among many other American tech and defence companies, by the way.

You can check for yourself in his summary statement. (The PDF at the bottom of the linked page)

Almost all of these look like they’re just part of some active management portfolio:

Self-administered RRSP holding one or more securities or funds that would be considered controlled assets if held outside the plan.

Each of the following securities, which were held in an investment account managed by a third party in respect of which the Prime Minister did not control or direct the selection of investments.

Yeah this reflects my current dilemma of putting money into index funds and simultaneously not liking some of the companies in the funds.

The SpaceX IPO is making the main indexes look like bloated zombie corpses.

They folded all of Elons private failing companies inter SpaceX, now they’re changing the rules to include SpaceX in the major indexes, and they’re valuing it sr $1.5T on like 16B of revenue.

If that happens the US stock market will have been fully enshittified.

Now? He became president of Palantir Canada in September 2019. This 'news' is 7 years old.

Back in 2020, then Ethics Commissioner Mario Dion ruled that MacNaughton broke lobbying rules ...

Seems that if you don't find some recent 'Canada bad' article, just dig something up from the last decade, right?

It's being brought up because some people are only now discovering that Palantir might actually be a bad company.
