8. Misinformation is prohibited.

Ha, nothing is for free with that asshole, and the accused asshole doesn't have several millions to "lose" in an investment that ends up in a shell company the president controls. It really is like that. He is our Gangster King, albeit in his dotage, having lost his faculties. But his fixers still make sure the payoffs flow.

Daniel Tocci's attorney had previously argued that the case should be dismissed because “all the evidence" stemmed from his Capitol siege case.
Why? It's not double jeopardy. It's a new charge based on legally collected evidence.
They think that because they were pardoned the investigation was illegal.

I distinctly remember other cases where EVERY image/video got a separate charge...

100,000 charges doesn't seem to add up to 4 years in any way.

Feels like that should have factored into sentencing as well. Although now as I think of it... all of that is just a regular day on the old 4chan. Although saving them for later is definitely excessive.

As of Jan 6 2026, there were at least 33 people pardoned for their role in the January 6, 2021, U.S. Capitol riot have been convicted of, charged with or arrested in connection with additional crimes since the attack.
