Same thing. The "liberals" that Americans associate with the Democratic party, is also neoliberalism.

And "neo" or not, the only thing it has to do with liberty is the liberty of capitalists to do anything in the name of profit, never had anything to do with liberty for the people.

Saudi runs the Wahabi sect which commands all the ISIS style terror groups. Basically the Saudi family allied with the Brits during WW1 to fight against the Ottoman empire and in exchange for their betrayal they got Saudi Arabia. They have been loyal lapdogs of the empire since then and fight against any resistance group in the region. Jolani the new dictator of Syria is also Saudi.
