AI, in this case, refers to LLMs, GPT technology, and anything listed as "AI" meant to increase market valuations.

plot twist: AI does develop a cure for cancer, but the only way to get it is to pay millions of dollars for the cure because it's owned by the richest people in the world, and they don't want "filthy poor people" to have access to it.

This is reality.
That's all right I'll just wait for the open source version. The open source communities usually about six months behind the frontier models anyway.
