Oh I just realised that the article itself is paywalled and the audio recording was unrelated

So I listened to it and heard nothing about death penalties for reporters. Am I missing something?

Thanks, I didn’t get it either until I read your comment. I just thought it was funny because it was a hostile response

I’ve recently gotten into ESPHome and am in love. I was in a bit of a rush so got Claude Code to do the YAML for me, but it looks easy to hand write. I’ve make an ePaper dashboard, a control hub with an Guition LCD module I had lying around, and a garage door opener controller, all just in the last couple of weeks

Bummer. Glad you had already considered it though. At one point in my 3D printing journey I would’ve gone straight back to CAD for small tolerance issues

If it almost fits, can I suggest a bit of heat from a heat gun or even a hairdryer might soften it enough to allow it to fit

I’m impressed there was a ladder involved. I usually try to do it on my tippy toes before giving up and grabbing the nearest thing that looks like it might hold my weight. The ladders are all the way out in the garage after all

Cheers for posting that, really enjoyed it

I really enjoyed this video!

I have my local LLM rig (powered by solar) for asking stupid questions because I feel it's unreasonable to ask a data centre somewhere why spoons taste funny

It needs good feedback. Agentic systems like Roo Code and Claude Code run compilers and tests until it works (just gotta make sure to tell it to leave the tests alone)

I used Claude 3.7 to upgrade my eslint configs to flat and upgrade from v7 to v9 with Roo Code and it did it perfectly

This is a battery cell case that was a pain last time I printed it with supports
