Or get better at vetting their candidates, and I say this as a fan of party.

Bernard Mani, who was due to stand in Lewisham on May 7, also allegedly tore down balloons put up in solidarity with Israeli children kidnapped by Hamas

The Islington pub known as The Angelic has returned to its former glory and will once again be known as the George IV.

The London leg of the event, which has run annually since 2004 — interrupted only by the pandemic in 2020 — is set to take place on Sunday, June 14.

Though hopefully they are only falling out of love with big tech social media, as I'd love to see the Fediverse thrive.

She alleged it was orchestrated by members of the Jewish community, yet there is no mention from the police that those arrested are part of the community.

After four Hatzola ambulances in Golders Green were set alight on March 23, Ms Olawoyin had suggested the incident could have been orchestrated by members of the Jewish community.

Five people have now been arrested in connection with the attack. On Wednesday, the Met confirmed two British men, aged 19 and 20, and a 17-year-old dual British-Pakistani national, had been detained at separate addresses in east London.

The article explains it better than I could:

The government will pay firms £3,000 for each unemployed young person they employ, under new plans to boost youth employment.

Alongside the new ‘job grants,’ the government will offer an apprenticeship incentive of £2,000 for each new employee aged 16 to 24 taken on by a small- and medium-sized enterprise.
