I remember reading somewhere that “we are the most exciting thing to happen in our pets’ lives”. It’s why I never get annoyed if my dog gets excited to see me.

She’s pretty old now so no more jumping but every now and then lick or nip at my hands for a pat and it’s not because she’s being naughty, she’s just so excited to see me and wants some attention.

Pension, JobSeeker, Youth Allowance, Parenting Payment, ABSTUDY and Rent Assistance payment rates will rise due to indexation.

Can’t wait to hear people blaming the ‘dole bludgers’ for everything financial in the country.

Absolutely agree to it sticking around. I’ve been loving the spooky vibe the worlds in the void have.

Without concrete plans to cut government spending or privatise assets to reduce the reliance on borrowing, politicians at the Federal and State level are putting even more spending on the credit card and leaving Australian taxpayers to pay the soaring interest bill.

Emphasis mine.

No matter the size of the debt, mentioning privatisation instantly makes me wish you get an incorrect bill from your electricity retailer that you fight for 3 months to only get a $50 credit. Shit idea.

It’s like the make out sessions with my bros. Just yell ‘no homo’ after and you’re legally not gay.

“It grossly disproportionate for retailers, especially food retailers, to be using that technology,” he [Tom Sulston, the head of policy at Digital Rights Watch] said.

“Supermarkets are pretty safe places where ordinary people need to go in order to feed themselves and we shouldn’t have to pay with our privacy to do that.”

Pretty much sums it up. Fulfilling basic needs like food shouldn’t be a sum game of choices like “Will I be added to a database?” Or going hungry.

I’ll definitely be avoiding stores that decide to implement this. I recognise that’s not going to be an easy decision for some people and many just won’t care.

Best I can do is mass layoff’s to be replaced by soulless machines.

Can confirm; Dan’s mom = very mediocre. Not worth the journey to her house 3/10.

This hits close to home. My girl is 12 now and while she still loves going on walks she’s slowed a lot since she was a pup.

Hi all, I’m wondering how the server’s going and want to toss a bit of money towards it.

Can we get the donation link and an update?
