I was a little sad when I saw the second one that you didn’t have a whole series of these.

My company made me separately log every tariff charge on my credit card recently, and I wasn’t sure why until I saw this post.

I had to go through the Atlanta airport shortly after the “4 hour wait” stories started hitting. I showed up 3 hours earlier than normal to be safe, and when I got there they had every station manned and ICE was basically just waiving everyone through. Took me about 2 minutes to get through security.

Kind of illustrates how pointless TSA is in the first place, but I’d rather have had that four hour wait than have to be within 50 ft of ICE.

I’ll never understand how people were OK with putting middlemen with an interest in denying care between them and lifesaving treatment.

Batman TAS is unbelievably good. Gets a little better every time I rewatch it.

Also, I am pretty sure the steam machine is smaller than I was able to achieve in my efforts to make a tiny gaming PC for the living room. That kind of thing can only be done at great effort.

Yeah, the razor definitely matters. My rockwell razor has different bottom plates to slightly alter the angle so you can hone in on a better shave. Some experimentation helps a lot.

Like you, I am almost completely unaware of anything said or done by the Kardashians, and I love that for both of us.

Also hanging out usually costs money. I keep inviting people I’m work friends with to stuff, and they always have to check their budgets.

Once I was in the bathroom of this upscale theater following a Shakespeare play, when a very sharply dressed older man who exuded an aura of intelligence came in and approached a urinal. He dropped his pants and underwear all the way to the floor, raised his shirts with both of his hands and held them above his exposed nipples, then pushed his hips as far as he could into the urinal to piss hands-free. The incongruity of what I was seeing left me stunned, and made me forget to pee until he had completely left the bathroom.

Infosec seems like a depressing job to be in atm.
