Well, seing the hammer and sickle banned as regex along with ACAB kind of gives the reason away.

I'm extremely disappointed in myself as well as really confused why I didn't make the list... I feel like I'm pretty clearly anti state and capitalism? Ban me dammit!
It was one guy. You gotta be impressed he managed as many as he actually did.
I have no idea of what is going on, all I know is that while a shitload of massive shit is going on, and a fuckton of less massive shit is going on, some relatively minor shit has also been going on, and in two weeks I will be down in Germany on taking a ride on an airship and seeing some cool stuff.
Just one more week until my vacation...

Run this command in your terminal. Works on Linux, but will need to be modified on windows

Creates the list and puts it into a file called policy. One of the largest issues is that the list isn't even in the repository. Its gotten while the we app is running, and not readily available
Part of the problem is that it isn't even in the repo. It's grabbed at runtime, without informing users and having no opt-out.

Can someone ELI5 what a tesseract shadowban is? I've been seeing it mentioned everywhere, and I don't know what any of those words mean.
tesseract is basically another client for lemmy, but the developer creating it has shadowbanned any communities that are to the left of him or trans/queer communities (blahaj.zone, for example).
