Which magically doesn't include surgeries on intersex children, because it's the appropriate kind of mutilation under the guise of gender-affirming care.
that’s because they don’t actually want to protect children (or the adults they will become), they want to force conformity onto everyone; so they’ll refuse non-conforming surgeries for those who want them and force conforming surgeries on those who don’t

If they're gonna go after people who mutilate children they need to start by banning circumcision.

Unfortunately, reactionary movements all built upon the premise of unequal enforcement of the rules, so best you can do is to waste their time by reporting intersex mutilations and circumcisions.
Wasting their time and resources should be our prime directive across the board

FBI and CIA are behind a lot of the human trafficking, so word-salad, word-salad, "protect."
They want to protect children by destroying the children that are different.
Conforming to the "norm" is the highest good in conservative ethics; it's a way of signaling allegiance to the in-group.
Their most dripping disdain is reserved for people who refuse to live in the little box that was assigned to them; this is the social contract as conservatives see it.
Without fail the ones that scream 'for the children' are about 99% the ones abusing them.
It will only get worse for us ☺️
I would say come over to the UK, but it's the next worse place in the democratic world.
Might be worth leaving for Canada, as I've heard many have done. Not sure if that's in any way realistic at all for you though.
Wish it were. I have my son here, and I could not bear it if I were to leave him. His mom would never allow for him to come with me, and I would not want to take him away from her. He’ll be 18 next year, so it would be his choice, but again I could not do that to her or make him choose.

But circumcision is still very much allowed and is a form of gender affirming care.
There is no way that circumcision can be considered gender-affirming care.
Some say it makes the penis look better so it's a stretch. But it is just as much genital mutilation as the anti trans people claim some other care causes.

Yeah, but being ordered to ignore the number one cause of domestic terrorism (right wing extremism) frees up a LOT of time to oppress already persecuted groups of people.
