Note that this is for KSP1, not the terrible flopped KSP2

I'd point out, for those not aware, that there's a spiritual successor in the form of Kitten Space Agency.

I tried it recently. Real progress is being made, and the game engine seems really solid so far. An infinitely better start than the absolute mess of KSP2.

How is it coming along? I've heard it's fairly buggy at times, but that might be outdated information by now. I keep meaning to try it, but I always end up falling down the KSP rabbit hole when I want to do space stuff!

"buggy" is not a word I would use, as it's not even a game yet, just a dev sandbox and tech demo. But it's been pretty good on development pace and already delivered pretty nice stuff

I'm waiting for release, myself, since I want to get the full experience all at once, so I'm not the best person to advise there.

It’s prealpha, so it’s probably rough.

Haven’t played yet myself

Remember their "Don't worry we are not gonna rush it bro"?

I had so much fun with the first Kerbal game. One of my big achievements in gaming is an orbital docking. Nothing like doing actual rocket science to make you feel good. I hope NASA doesn't get a rocket into orbit and realise they forgot their solar panels, battery or parachutes. Thank god for save files.

Always meant to try the game, Artemis gave me the push to buy it.

I actually learned about Artemis 2 because I was engaged in a KSP RealismOverhaul community that talked about it, so the other way around for me lol

But I definitely built a SLS+Orion

One of them was me! ;-) I've actually been playing a good bit the last month or so, but the last week it's been a lot of hours, usually with the stream running on another screen!

I blame Scott Manley.
