I recently made this comment. This post reminds me again of that :D

"I choose to only care about the games without shitty DRM"

Jobs that keep supporting and propping up the system we live in.

That's not really it imo, I'm also extremely good at tempering my emotions, but the question is when do you want to do it. If there's an emergency and panic would cause injury or death, tempering your emotions is extremely useful. If you're just casually speaking about an experience, not so much.

But I agree that it is extremely likely they were selected particularly for what I noticed here.

It was really hard for me to listen to them speak... Idk it felt to me like they were trying really hard to "sound" a certain way, I don't quite know how to describe it. Like they knew this was a media event and they're "supposed" to be inspirational and enthusiastic and all that, and trying really hard to fulfill that objective.

I mean they probably are very enthusiastic and moved by the experience, but still, it felt very fake to me in some way.

Maybe this is just my personal biases, but I don't think it is. It kind of turned me off the whole thing. I felt like I wasn't listening to people anymore but an agenda/propaganda, listening to programmed machines.

Cute, Venn diagrams!

I'm not sure if "have to" is true. I'm sure they could refuse. The consequences might include not being an astronaut, but that's probably the same as your option.

I actually learned about Artemis 2 because I was engaged in a KSP RealismOverhaul community that talked about it, so the other way around for me lol

But I definitely built a SLS+Orion

Luckily you can choose what you see. If you don't like politics, just block it or don't subscribe to it. I just checked and my scaled main page is 17:3 non-politics to politics posts. (One of the 3 is this post here)

It's probably the best open format for pictures, based on the AV1 codec. Better compression than jpeg and can do lossless with better compression than png as well.

The last live theater performance I saw was "Puss in boots" from Tieck, the last performance I played in. I watched it from the stage.

Idk about the usability of stremio because I've never used it, but I type my music into one search box, 99% of the time click the first or second result in the result list, and about 10 seconds later it's in my music folder. I really don't know what I would improve there.

I hope this is the place for such a request, if not, just remove or ignore :)

I'm just looking for evidence regarding the general public of Iran's opinion about the Israel/USA attack. Obviously there will be propaganda from all sides, and obviously I personally have an understanding about how it would likely be perceived.

But I would like to actually find some kind of evidence about this, if possible. I'm no expert and don't know what exactly I'm looking for, if you have advice for that, I'm also open to it. What obviously would be perfect is a well randomized selection of Iranians being surveyed about it, but I doubt there is something like that, at least not from any credible source.

Help? Has anyone already looked into the subject? Have I missed obvious sources?

Hope this is appropriate for this place. I just watched S04E04 of DS9 with this interaction (at 10:12, the linked clip in this post) an hour ago, and later talked with a friend who said basically the same thing about the Trump presidency: that it has positive effects in the sense that for example Europe is starting to be more independent from the US, the American citizens are waking up about how their political system is broken.

And it's interesting to me, like obviously it'd be much better if we could all just get along and work together, but the status quo before was just the US doing the same shitty things as now, telling the EU what to do and the countries within the EU just do it no questions asked basically. The whole shittyness just covert. Now the shittyness is so obvious that "US allies" are stopping that dependency on the US.

Let me know what you think, or if I am stupid. I am just mainly amazed by DS9 and Star Trek being so relevant still.

I tried various services but idk if I'm too stupid or they can't find it because of the cuts in the video or the talking.
