Dimona is where they originally developed a nuclear weapon, and from what I’ve heard, it’s still the hub of such work.

What kind of munition is this? I didn't think ballistic missiles would be firing their engine during impact. It's way too fast to be a drone,

The Fattah-1 missile has active propulsion during re-entry to evade interceptors, as well as Emad and Sejjil missiles. You can more clearly see the missile dodging interceptors in this video https://lemmy.world/post/44586912
