agreed and i think that why they used the athens reference at their last summit and totally ignored the carthage reference. lol
I don't get the context, I don't follow Chinese politics.
Long story short Xi asked Trump if Trump thought it was possible for the US and China to avoid war as the US Empire is declining and China is rising. He used a historical comparison of a dying empire and a rising rival state.
