The issue with probiotics, at least to my understanding, is that there's no point taking them unless you're aware of what type you're deficient/unbalanced in. I've previously looked at research for probiotics after antibiotics but they concluded there wasn't value in just whacking any probiotic down.
Oh. I've never heard anything about this.
Just a quick search article I found here Effectively states that probiotics don't have a meaningful change on gut biome, however more research needed to identify meaningful strains and ranges.
