It would help in the living room. Well for a while it would.

Currently waiting to be loaded up with the truck again. I see that fuel is rising at a fair rate all of a sudden. Woohoo lucky us. I can imagine that it will never go down again the same as with all the Covid rises that stayed high afterwards.

Some good news is that I had booked to have two shipping containers moved from block to block next Wednesday and then found out that Ekka day is Monday 10 th. I have rearranged things so that I don't use a days annual leave on the Wednesday. I like it when things turn out for the better.

Great news everybody, you can all rest once again. The great beanie mystery of 2026 has been fully solved. One was in the pocket of my other coat at work, the other one, well as I got home it hit me ( no not the actual beanie, the memory of its whereabouts ) It was on the undercover washing line where it had been for a few days, I had walked past it often. I never stated that I was a smart person.

As you know I already have those things...

Hmmmm. I heard Beagle Pup fur makes good beanie material.....

I have a dilemma. Two beanies are missing. Luckily I had the one that I scored with the Cooper's beer recently. I'm hoping that they are either in my other car or left at work. Here's me at the ferry terminal rugged up and wearing a beanie, and there's a bloke in shorts and a singlet. It's not super cold I suppose. A few times on the coldest of mornings and older boy ( mid 70s ) is here in a cotton shirt, shorts and thongs.

Anyway we had rain again which is good for the garden.

I didn't think that would be a thing ( age ) to be honest. I've never had an iPhone.

Maybe there's a reason. Like have you been a bad boy ? Or even maybe they don't consider you worthy enough to save.

Did you pay your phone bill ? Were you in a Faraday cage at 2 pm ?

Thanks for all of this. Mad world.

Can you please tell me what this is all about as I have no idea ?

I watched "Disclosure Day" to see what all the fuss ( negativity ) was about. I am a fan of Sci Fi and say conspiracy type things. ( In movies for the latter that is ) Well considering who it was attributed to and that it's decades of ideas I was hoping for something damn fine. It is not damn fine and I can see why it's not been well received. Hey it's entertainment and it isn't terrible. It just left me wanting I suppose.

This morning before I got into things I watched "Wild Robot". I don't watch too many animated movies ( even though they can be awesome ) and so it is nice that this one deserves all the praise that it gets. It's a very sweet movie.

Currently I'm chilling with a beer with the sun dropping behind the trees. Oh and I really need to remember to take my beers out of the freezer. Beer volcanos are no fun, beer slushies might be novel but getting it out of the can ( well the slushy part ) is difficult. I went and got another one while this one defrosts. Cheers.

I find it amazing when the setting sun shines on the trees and causes them to look orange and red. Stunning.

Thought it was worth posting. Not everybody in the world has seen something quite like this.

While this levy on fuel has been in place, the ridiculous and arbitrary rise and fall in fuel prices has not occurred. Why is that ?

I've been getting unleaded for $1.50 and less. Before the reduction I could get it for that when other places not a million miles away could be 80 cents per litre dearer.

That the fluctuations have ceased during recent times seem to me to be proof that the rises are nothing but price gouging, proving once again that the ACCC are a toothless tiger.

So I have to assume that when/if things get back to "normal", the fuel suppliers will go back to their previous merry ways with zero consequences.

I've been finding holes all over my block for a while. A few weeks ago I dragged a big thing out of my way which made this clear patch. It's now full of holes. Nice to know that I'm assisting the local wildlife.

Soz if I'm repeating myself. You'll be old one day :)
