"Rules are written in blood"
Or Nigerian princes!
As I said the last time you posted your game here it's fine to self-promote but if you're going to post a game that's always free then follow the rules at https://feddit.uk/post/21556611 i.e. wait until Friday and label it correctly
I don't know anyone who has ever deliberately pressed the button, every time I receive one it's a few seconds of silence or rustling followed by an apology text.
A nice feature for people who like it I'm sure, but I'll text if I want asynchronous communication or just phone someone if I need to speak now.
Is this a permanently free game? If so then please title it [Forever-Free Friday] Game Name and give us a summary or reason to play it in the description!
Totally not Stardew Valley, this one has mutation!
Security is their whole purpose, and it's explained in the very first point on their FAQ
These devices meet the stringent privacy and security standards and have substantial upstream and downstream hardening specific to the devices.
I usually add every single game posted just in case someone I know might one day want to play it, but even I didn't bother with this one. Still though, someone reading might get some enjoyment out of it (even in a so-bad-it's-good ironic way) so that's why I'm posting it.
Every review suggests this is a very low effort machine-generated game, the most charitable do at least suggest it's a bit interesting and worth it for free.
I generally post every game that's not an obvious pay-to-win scam and leave it up to you to decide if it's even worth a click (because hey, we all like different things), but if this sort of thing starts becoming a problem then I guess I'll have to have a rethink.
I'd guess most players aren't even aware. I play a lot of games (though probably none that have this stuff enabled) and before joining Lemmy I'd never even heard of Denuvo. The average user just buys a game and plays it.
