Can you elaborate on what your comment is meant to mean? I'm not sure I understand. My apologies and thanks in advance.

Well... He did warn about foreign interests interfering with elections... Looks like he achieved his goal.

Did they cheer when Paul Pelosi was attacked with a hammer? I wonder what's different....?

Incredible. Technology really is too much sometimes.

I peeped their Twitter account and they're absolutely a trash human being.

Cool project. Will need to check it out. How does it work? Surely the Android device isn't doing the heavy lifting?

Looks like he might be the one stealing eggs by the end of the month.

That picture looks a bit David AIttenborough...

I love Arc Raiders; I'm having a blast running around and exploring, dealing with Arc and getting occasionally murdered but I haven't much to show for it.

Any tips for good blueprint spots? Things you wish you knew sooner? Comment anytime with anything relevant (please) because I'll never figure it out by myself lol.

I'm quite new to Arc Raiders (and the extraction shooter genre in general) and have been having a blast for the most part. The one thing I'm struggling with is getting "ratted." Despite only having two defensive knocks in my entire month of playing (both from weeks ago) I still seem to run into players who are immediately hostile, even after acting friendly.

I wanted to see if anyone here had any anecdotes or opinions on how they play or the game / servers.

Don't shoot!

If anyone else finds Steam’s desktop chat client a bit unreliable on Linux—sluggish UI, finicky context menus, emoji pickers that vanish when you try to click them—there’s a solid alternative worth knowing about.

You can use Steam’s web-based chat directly in your browser at:

https://steamcommunity.com/chat/

Just log in and everything works noticeably smoother: menus behave, emojis are clickable, and the interface feels much more responsive. The only catch is you’ll need to keep a browser tab open for it.

Hope this helps anyone else looking for a more stable Steam chat experience.

Hello Blender community!

I'm returning to Blender after a few years away and feel like a total beginner again. This hit home when I watched some of my old animations; I was simultaneously amazed I ever made them, and horrified that I now struggle to remember how to model a decent cube!

What are your top tips for a returning beginner? I'm especially curious about:

  • Must-change settings or preferences?

  • Best free add-ons to install day one?

  • Your favorite short YouTube tutorials for getting back up to speed?

For what it's worth, I stopped around early 2023/24. Geometry Nodes were out, but they kept changing how the nodes worked, which confused my simple brain beyond belief. It seems they're more stable now, so any fun projects you know of or advice on picking them up would also be hugely appreciated!

Any helpful advice is greatly appreciated!

Hey all, proud owner of a Steam Deck here wondering if anyone has had a similar problem as I have when attempting to background record.

The issue is: more often than not when I go to clip one of those "unmissable moments" my Steam Deck is meant to record I find I've only the audio part of my recording working correctly, the video part is often just a frozen image of the games recording.

I've poked about and found loads of posts of a similar nature but no concrete "fix".

This could very well be an issue on Valve's behalf (in which I won't hold my breath lol)

Thanks all, glhf!
