Rate my routine :
- Shower but no soap, just wet the body
- Remove dripping water from body with the small towel
- Wet small towel with cold water and remove excess water from the towel
- Go to sauna for 12 mins using cold towel
- Rince the sweat off from body and towel in shower
- Cold water bath
- Wash full body and head
- Hot water bath
- Wash full body and head
- Dry with towel
- Exit bath area and change back.
