War gestern bei Nikita Miller mit einem Kumpel und das war eine derbe Enttäuschung. Ich kannte diverse clips aus dem Internet und da sah der ganz gut aus, aber das täuscht. Der bringt Witze, die mittlerweile eigentlich jeder Depp mindestens 5 mal gehört hat, 50% der Show bestanden aus Explodierer Witzen auf dem Niveau "Höhöhö, Frauen". Außerdem muss ich mir nicht von irgendwelchen cis-Typen erklären lassen, dass ich als Transfrau eine Frau zweiter Klasse bin. Der hat halt wirklich zwischendurch einfach nur transphobes Zeug gelabert, wo die Pointe daraus besteht, dass es transohob ist und "man das ja nicht sagen darf".
Es gab ein paar witzige Momente, der Großteil war aber einfach nur unangenehm. 2/5 Sterne. Werde ich nie wieder hin gehen.

Its basically what you said. They searched for ways to optimize the problem to the solution and not the solution to the Problem.
So I joust found this brilliant scientific paper called "Replication of Quantum Factorisation Records with an 8-bit Home Computer, an Abacus, and a Dog" which mocks quantum computer researchers for optimising factorisation of prime numbers in a way, so that it is as easy as possible to calculate them with a quantum computer. While you may not understand the technical or mathematical explanations they include a lot of jokes and its very funny to read. One of the jokes is,that they call quantum computers a "physics experiment", which is the explanation behind this joke.
It is of course possible, but we still have the decoding. In the end its all just electro magnetic waves we interpret in a certain way. Of course its possible, but maybe not as easy as someone might think.

That is the Problem. Even something as basic as a simple transmission can become quite hard to decode when you can't make any assumptions about how their technology works. This may start with things as simple as that they might not use binary logic, but tertiary logic instead. They might not use 8 bits as a smallest package of date. And then we have the big problems of how do we actually decode it. We as humans have tables for which bit sequence means which character, they probably dont have the same. They might use different logical levels/protocols for communicating single bits and so on. Sending a simple message to be decoded by aliens is everything but simple.
Es ist viel zu lustig. Nach 2,5 Tagen durchgehend saufen konnte ich den Alkohol nicht mehr sehen, habe also mir mein letztes Gras geschnappt und mir dann nen Joint gebaut und den dann ganz entspannt mehr oder weniger parallel mit dem Osterfeuer angesteckt. Ich habe nen Haufen an angewiederten Blicken bekommen und nachher denen noch versucht zu erklären, dass das nix schlimmes ist, aber die haben das absolut nicht verstanden. Da kamen so Geistreiche Sätze wie "Du kannst mir doch nicht erklären, dass das keine Abhängigkeit ist, wen n du dir erst so nen paar Plätzen backen musst um das zu dir zu nehmen" oder "Das nimmste und dann bist du doch direkt abhängig". Ich hätte dabei einfach Bingo spielen können. Das war schon ziemlich lustig.
Ich glaube ich muss gar nicht erst erwähnen, dass die allesamt den Abend fleißig in die Flasche geguckt haben.
Bin seit Freitag 7:30 nicht mehr nüchtern gewesen, alles tut mir weh, bin müde wie sonstwas und generell einfach gottlos im Arsch.
10/10 Erfahrung, bun nächstes Jahr wieder dabei.
