Because they make the decision while on the meds and theoretically of sound mind. If you prior to that accident signed a DNR, and they knew about it, they wouldn't perform certain measures that they otherwise would.

Pixel Pass

Killed 8 months ago, Pixel Pass was a program that allowed users to pay a monthly charge for their Pixel phone and upgrade immediately after two years. It was almost 2 years old.

Well, that seems particularly scummy.

Except the healthcare needs of trans gender people who have medically transitioned to any degree are often closer to their gender than their sex assigned at birth. The body chemistry differences between men and women are primarily affected by hormones. Unless you're specifically looking at the organs that are different, you probably need to go by gender.
