Hopefully this overstreching will be their doom

I feel the need to thank you all for providing a ML space to read theory and get my news from. I've realised that had Lemmygrad (and adjacent spaces like Prolewiki, Tankietube and Matapacos.dog) not existed, not only would I still be a liberal, but I would also have gone mad from not understanding a damn thing of what is happening right now in the world.
Granted, I still need to improve (Still haven't joined a party, still hide the fact I'm a communist to friends) but I'll work on that.
Also, about my parents being left leaning: I was very wrong. My father is literally a liberal politician^TM^ who believes in european supremacy, while my mother just tags along. The former has very confused knowledge about Gramsci, and believes the fascist EU is the pinnacle of democracy ("why else would Africans die to reach us" and other instances of colonial mentality); I don't think I'm capable enouth to make him change. The latter is otherwise not into politics, and I might have made her interested in communism, but I'm afraid I'm not well equipped to satisfy said interest; I'm not a good divulgator and lack the knowledge needed.
They're one and the same; the fact there were so many CEOs and billionaires with Trump at the recent China-USA meeting wasn't a coincidence.
I think it's still too early to say we lost Venezuela. Like another comrade has said here, some sanctions were lifted, and a deal was made to receive Petroleum royalties.
We need to remember that Venezuela still suffered a strategic defeat, they can't just act like Maduro and Flores weren't kidnapped, plus they aren't as strong as Iran or the USSR, and they are much closer to the US, so their current stance is understandable.
About Washington's claims of now controlling the country: They keep saying the same thing about all other countries they attacked. They'll never admit they attacked Venezuela for so little gain as a simple setback of the Bolivarian revolution, just like they'll never admit they were humiliated by Yemen, Iran, or China, or that they weren't able to balkanize Russia.
Personally, the news given by comrade rainpizza on Venezuela have me believe I should still show support.
I've had a discussion with my parents, who are pretty left leaning, but still vote for a bourgeois party, and they told me that they are seeing a certain push to the left in said party. Now, they could be wrong, but this got me thinking of what's to come.
It could be possible that, as China cements itself as the greatest country in the world (in terms of military, economy, international relations, R&D etc.), their ideology will have an influence on not just the world proletariat, but also on the world petit-bourgeoisie and even bourgeoisie, following that the ruling ideology always ends up being that of the ruling class. As a result, a literal red wave might be coming.
It could just be rambling, but this does put me in a good mood.
What are the characteristics of those networks? What makes them different from the dual power that MLs build (that is, the building of the embryo of the future Dictatorship of the proletariat)?
Edit: How do these networks protect themselves and expand once the burgeois state acts to destroy them?
I also wanted to add this: wouldn't those networks be much more effective after the proletarian revolution, since the proletarian state would openly cooperate in its own withering away?
I'm hopeful the ceasefire, wether respected or not, will cause further fascist infighting whithin the imperial core.
I don't think hitting hospitals achieves anything other than wasting missiles ( and causing unnecessary suffering, of course). The zionists do this because they like killing the innocent, and because they are losing hard, and so are attempting to sow instability (which isn't working, as Iranians are coming out every day in support of their government).
I'm more in support of iran saving up in case other imperial core countries decide to join in.
I'm not gonna lie, I wasn't expecting them to actually follow up. They've even been fast in their response, compared to last time.
I'm hearing from CGTN that US bases in Bahrain were hit by Iran, is this confirmed?
If it can cheer you up, a general strike was held in my country two days ago.
On a side note, the silence surrounding this event might just be due to greater censoring by bourgeois media outlets.
