The over £800 was what the energy company suggested she pays, which to me sounds like she's in debt with them and £800 a month would be partly paying it off

An oxygen concentrator and a ventilator running 24/7, alongside the other things mentioned such a humidifier and suction machines. I can certainly see how that would add up quickly. Let's say all the equipment together consumes 600W, which is probably very conservative. At a price of 24.67p/kWh (which is the average price, so she could very well be paying more) that's £3.55 a day on top of regular household energy use.

The collabora android apps are pretty good
Not so much a solution... But using a wireguard overlay network such as Netbird does make it simpler to connect smart devices to a VPN as you don't need to install a wireguard client on each device
It's a pretty common way to refer to them in the embedded space
Idk Creo has pretty awful UX
Wait why would you need new clothes?
The OpenTrons OT-1 and OT-2 were entirely open source as far as I know, but I'm not sure about the flex.
As other people have said OpenFlexure is great.
The Pioreactor was working on becoming entirely open-source but I'm not sure if they've achieved it yet.
Chi Bio is another open source bioreactor.
Lots of great open source stuff has come out of Joshua M. Pearce's lab, most (or maybe all?) of which is on appropedia
Also if you're interested in open science in the biology space it's worth looking at amybo.org
Yeah I feel the same way. I feel like Kodi, unfortunately, makes it harder to use my HTPC rather than easier
It is very clearly a zionist rally. They didn't invite the only Jewish political party leader in the UK (Zack Polanski), who also happens to be anti-zionist
It's nice to see the Tories beong called out when they lie. Unfortunately not many people read the Big Issue, so I worry the lie will spread further than the truth
