Texas Stir Fry. Cabbage, bell peppers, onions, potatoes, corn, pickled jalapeno, ribeye steak, kielbasa, finished with some Italian dressing.
Avocados, tomatoes, pickled onions, topped with a poached egg and hot sauce.
Pablanos roasted with a jalapeno, habanero jack. Topped with some salsa and pickled onions.
This is a use what we had meal. Left over rice and beans from last weekends tacos, jalapeno,onion, garlic,bacon,veggie mix(I didn't have just corn and peas),eggs, topped with a drippy egg.
Marinated pork tacos. On flour tortillas with salsa and roasted white onion. Beans and rice as the side. I kind of just used my own recipe for the marinade. Half can of chipotle in adobo, 1/4 sour cream, 2 tbsp lime juice, 4 garlic cloves, 2tsp dried Mexican oregano.
Jalapeno, garlic, cheddar biscuits with drippy egg and hot sauce on top. They came out a little too thin to spit in half and make a sandwich and a little too thick to use 2 and have a sandwich. So bust out a fork :) 
Chocolate chip and cookie butter muffins.
Doner kabob on a pita, with seasoned oven baked sweet potato fries. Made a lemon garlic sauce and topped with red onion and cherry tomatoes.

"Thick" smashed burger with onion, american and gouda cheese, bacon, quick burger sauce, lettuce, pickle on a Sara Lee potato bun. I can't get Martins buns in my small town. Oven fries cooked in the bacon grease and seasoned with Lawrys

Any pointers on how I can play Civ 2? I have a physical copy I inherited from my dad when he passed but I haven't found it on Steam or GOG and don't even know where to begin to try and get the physical copy to work.

I only watched it here and there but started season 1 with the wife as our current show. I always enjoyed it. She is starting to.
I report the ads every time I see them as "Dangerous or extremist organizations". It gets rejected every time but it makes me feel a little less sad.
So glad Hockey season is back. Love going to games in MN.
