Seems like a good way to get stopped by police and have your car impounded.

Dude's probably on his way to the ATM machine
So don't tell them then. Their notice to you covers both of you.
Actually nature developed most of the product and as a card carrying member of nature, I expect to see my royalties check in the mail soon.
Unless your home internet has multi-gigabit upload, you'll never be able to compete with seedbox users when new uploads drop and everyone is downloading them at the same time. Your seedbox can upload at 10x-100x the rate my home internet can which is why seedbox users capture all the seeding credit on new uploads. Once a file has been out a day or two, the only people downloading are new users or people who aren't using automation tools like sonarr/radarr which are few and far between.
The tradeoff here is that your seedbox storage capacity several orders of magnitude lower than my 50TB home server, so I can keep these files seeding forever much like the parable about the tortoise and the hare (though without the deeper meaning).
Its likely because your VPN is disconnecting and qbit isnt getting restarted when it happens so it just sits there without being able to connect. Adding deunhealth to your stack and having it monitor qbit can help
6 months x 0 upload is still zero upload. I permaseed most things but since I don't use a seedbox, I miss out on a lot of upload credit on new files since my home internet connection can't compete with a seedbox's upload credit. Luckily most trackers account for this and give you bonuses based on seed time so it doesnt really matter and having a mix of fast but short-lived seeders along with slower but long term seeders helps everyone.
I'm not sure I like your attitude, so I'm starting my own thread down below and everyone else is welcome to join me there.
When you refinance you're 'paying off' your old loan and starting a new one, so there's nothing they can do to stop you.
but the conclusion that a 0.25% rate reduction could pay off in less than a year is overly optimistic for most any borrower in the US mortgage market
As is the "saving hundreds of thousands of dollars" part unless your mortgage is millions of dollars.
Of course, but that isn't going to drive consumer demand in a good direction and studios are already shutting down left and right.
They don't need to switch to a streaming model in order to charge subscription fees, and streaming isn't going to bring any benefit to the player (and comes with huge drawbacks if, for example, you have shitty internet speeds or data caps), so again I'll ask why? It's just adding tons of unnecessary bandwidth usage over the current model but offers no benefit that I can see to anyone involved.
More likely is that these companies will just update their models to identify these vehicles once again. Furthermore, patterns like this make the car really stand out from the crowd which is a terrible way to disguise yourself.
