In country out-sourcing, i.e., Quest Global, Cyient, Belcan. Bigger Companies use outsource labor for certain work, and doesnt pick the resources (people) the outsourcer uses to accomplish the work. if you can do Excel and are reliable, theres hope.

All happens locally often having you work on site at Bigger Company with a different color badge. Less resistance to hiring underqualified people this way. Typically small contained scope tasks not worth having a company man do, but excellent industry exposure. Once youre there you could see if its viable to apply to Bigger Company later, or what you need to be able to. Worth a look if you have something like that nearby.

Change your linked in pic to a selfie of a white guy in sunglasses and a plausibly deniable red hat from inside a truck.

Ive got similar deadline problems. Dont pretend like trying harder yourself will solve this. Also dont think humbly admitting fault is useful either.

For myself i invited more oversight or handshakes with my manager before risk is too high. Something like, "are you on schedule?" Isnt enough for me, ive gotta have that 15 minute screen share where i show how on schedule i am materially. Otherwise, ill lie to myself that all is well, when its not. Trying to demonstrate independent performance isnt worth fucking it up again.

Your manager will appreciate knowing how to get better results. Saying you need help with this sort of task management is admitting weakness, but if its accomodated by safe guards then its all good. Ive fooled myself too many times trying to fix similar behavior, and these are the only successful ways ive found.

Put those check-ins on the calendar from the get-go at useful periods the moment you got something assigned.

Just look at the guy over zoom, i guess we have set the bar pretty low.

Get some photos and maybe a recording of a well told story from either of them. I wish i had.

I cant find a definitive collection of peer reviewed material that says what stretching actually works. I just want to save money instead of buying a machine to suck my balls for me. Is that so much to ask?

Though the headline states the patient was discharged. So its something else, but if the article has no further substance theres nothing to go on. Anyone want to go visit room 373?

Thinking i need to build my linkedin presence by posting dogshit like this everyday. Just no effort, copy a line from some other slopologist and tell a llm to go further, post and forget.

Getting responses out of people in any semi rigorous way is pretty difficult. The sample size is large enough I'd expect it still is valid data even if we're considering a selective subgroup who are responding to an ATP call/interview.

Looks like my kind of manga
