Unfortunately Merz is a pro fascist. Supporting genocide in Palestine and killing Britains disabled population by cutting their healthcare.

I’m so sorry, that sounds awful. Showering can be really scary with illness because it is indeed very taxing and you’re in a vulnerable position. I get lightheaded during showers and am thinking about getting a shower stool.
To be honest I don’t think media is deliberately lying here. They’re taking a statement from the rector of the university and assume it’s true without proper research (which is bad but unfortunately common). The rector lied when he called it a boycott.
As far as I know all activist groups in The Netherlands that want to break the ties mostly communicate via instagram (not ideal), and this news hasn’t been picked up by Dutch media. @utrechtuni4palestine released a statement on instagram that explains the situation pretty well.
Here’s the most recent statement from Utrecht University that talks about the current policy, which is to continue current collaborations (except for 1 with a government agency) but to not start new collaborations for now: https://www.uu.nl/en/news/adjusted-statement-executive-board-and-deans
On academiccomplicity.nl you can find all public collaborations from Dutch universities with Israeli institutions.
I live in The Netherlands so I keep up with all university policies and actions by students and staff relating ties to israel.
This is not true, the university still has ties with Israeli institutions through ongoing horizon projects. The actual ‘landmark decision’ is that they used the term boycott for their policy to stop collaborations with Israeli governmental institutions. It shows another shift in the political climate where talking about a boycott on Israel is no longer considered controversial.
For hamas to have to ‘praise’ a dutch zionist for not being as genocidal as the rest of the government is depressing. However it does put veldkamp in a funny position
These journalists are like children who observe a very normal thing, an Orthodox Church, but then create a whole scary fantasy story around it because anything tied to Russia or Russian people seems suspicious to them. It’s scary how a simple prejudice can lead to very serious accusations and harassment and even murder and genocide in the case of the Palestinians.
That’s murder of disabled people! It’s like disabled people deserve to die to these people.
It can take literal hours for me to find out what is the actual first step to do something.
The bird would not be okay if you bounce it like a basketball
Everyone has their own best learning methods so what works for me doesn’t necessarily work for you. But here’s my most general advice:
Practice + a good amount of rest so your brain actually processes what you learned during practicing. Homework assignments are usually good practice materials.
While practicing: write down all rules/methods that you forgot on a sheet so you have them all at one place and can come back to them later. Writing the rules down also makes you memorise them better.
