after cutting contact with an abuser who would supply most hygine products ive run out

I need 10 dollars for laundry and 40 for razor heads, body wash, shampoo, detergent, etc

ive run out of clean clothes and only have dull razors which is directly impacting my mental health.

my razors are dull, my shampoo and conditioner is basically just 90% water and 10% soap left. I have no clean sheets or clothes or detergent to wash them. I finally burnt the bridge with the person who has been paying for some small things like that, then hold those things over my head to force me to sit through being called wmotionally abusive things.
