Any news on "de-restricting" access in the site? (thebrainbin.org)

Some two months ago, the restriction was announced to see what may have been the reason of a very high CPU usage.
As per title, any news on reverting it, or no plans to yet?

I am still testing anubis over on gehirneimer.de but that is working pretty smooth now, so I am planning to set it up over here as well :)
