It would help the scam if you didn't"t try to pose as a Mastodon bot to a Lemmy user.

I mean, he didn't just commit treason. The Mueller report was pretty clear he did that years ago.

You can commit treason more than once.

Oh sure, but you can never miss an opportunity to make a pedantic joke about language.

I mean, you could.

"I used to commit treason. I still do, but I used to, too"

Doesn’t really matter for today. We’re just making a list for historians to argue over long after the inevitable fall. The US is not a country of laws for the ruling class.

Did he just commit treason? No.

[–] SippyCup@feddit.nl 0 points 9 months ago

Did he commit treason again?

Yes

Did he commit treason, among other crimes?

Also yes.

Yes* *Sadly, the US Supreme Court started last summer that anything the president does in an official capacity while president is legal.

The solution is an ambitious leftist with a spine winning the next election.

If the right person gets in, we could route the fascists and establish a socialist society.

Honest question: why would there even be a next election?

Question 2: if there is a next election... why would those in power right now, allow anyone not faithful to their ideology, to run in it?

  1. Probably not, which is why I'm currently building a reputation working abroad in multiple different countries so that I've got some history with different countries for later asylum claims or expatriation.

Christ, I'm sick of this. We know what the answer is.
