Be nice. Assume others have good intent (within reason).

Most 196 posts are memes, shitposts, cute images, or even just recent things that happened, etc. There is no real theme, but try to avoid posts that are very inflammatory, offensive, very low quality, or very "off topic".

Bigotry is not allowed, this includes (but is not limited to): Homophobia, Transphobia, Racism, Sexism, Abelism, Classism, or discrimination based on things like Ethnicity, Nationality, Language, or Religion.

Moderator Guidelines

Moderator Guidelines

  • Don’t be mean to users. Be gentle or neutral.
  • Most moderator actions which have a modlog message should include your username.
  • When in doubt about whether or not a user is problematic, send them a DM.
  • Don’t waste time debating/arguing with problematic users.
  • Assume the best, but don’t tolerate sealioning/just asking questions/concern trolling.
  • Ask another mod to take over cases you struggle with, if you get tired, or when things get personal.
  • Ask the other mods for advice when things get complicated.
  • Share everything you do in the mod matrix, both so several mods aren't unknowingly handling the same issues, but also so you can receive feedback on what you intend to do.
  • Don't rush mod actions. If a case doesn't need to be handled right away, consider taking a short break before getting to it. This is to say, cool down and make room for feedback.
  • Don’t perform too much moderation in the comments, except if you want a verdict to be public or to ask people to dial a convo down/stop. Single comment warnings are okay.
  • Send users concise DMs about verdicts about them, such as bans etc, except in cases where it is clear we don’t want them at all, such as obvious transphobes. No need to notify someone they haven’t been banned of course.
  • Explain to a user why their behavior is problematic and how it is distressing others rather than engage with whatever they are saying. Ask them to avoid this in the future and send them packing if they do not comply.
  • First warn users, then temp ban them, then finally perma ban them when they break the rules or act inappropriately. Skip steps if necessary.
  • Use neutral statements like “this statement can be considered transphobic” rather than “you are being transphobic”.
  • No large decisions or actions without community input (polls or meta posts f.ex.).
  • Large internal decisions (such as ousting a mod) might require a vote, needing more than 50% of the votes to pass. Also consider asking the community for feedback.
  • Remember you are a voluntary moderator. You don’t get paid. Take a break when you need one. Perhaps ask another moderator to step in if necessary.

Idk, I really think that. I'm not gonna let someone I just met rip my underwear apart. Cause I already have so few. But with a long-term partner tho? Please, go right ahead! Rip the clothing right off of me, lol
Or maybe I'm just weird :P

Only if they want to buy me new ones.

I am super picky about my clothes. They want to cut shit off they better buy clothes for me to wear specifically for this purpose or I'm breaking a mf nose.

still wasteful... Clothes uses a ton of water to manufacture

[–] captainlezbian@lemmy.world 5 points 1 day ago

Might be fun to try with clothes that are due to be sent to the rag bin though. Unfortunately hole covered pajamas aren't the sexiest

to me its more intimate when one says "come on baby, arms up ~" and the other makes their arms go up because they wanna be good and the one goes "good, very good" and the one pulls the clothing off of the others body and its like - emotionally intimate and physically which feels like the exact right wonderful combo where goosebumps bloom at.

... at least from my perspective.

My B, it was just a mental image that happened to me while I was reading your lovey dovey situation

[–] Banana@sh.itjust.works 7 points 2 days ago

uh..mhm...yup, this one. melts

Huh! Never thought of that. It's either I take my clothes off or rip and tear, nothing in between lol. I'll perhaps ask him...that sounds hella nice

Doesn't it hurt a bit to take off the pants over the head?

[–] Smorty@lemmy.blahaj.zone 1 points 1 day ago

well.... I'm referring to the top here but yes, pants would hurt.

[–] rumschlumpel@feddit.org 23 points 2 days ago (1 children)

That partner better buy me some new underwear tho

[–] ShadowOfMiisha@lemmy.blahaj.zone 11 points 2 days ago (1 children)

Yeah 😭
Mine does, at least, so there's that.

[–] rumschlumpel@feddit.org 5 points 2 days ago (1 children)

I'm spoiled as fuck honestly 😂

[–] N0tTr0xy@lemmy.dbzer0.com 7 points 2 days ago (1 children)

I actually collect my old clothing I can‘t wear anymore, just in case

[–] N0tTr0xy@lemmy.dbzer0.com 4 points 2 days ago

Although it's meant for ripping, not cutting. Dunno if I like the cutting sound

[–] xkbx@startrek.website 14 points 2 days ago (3 children)

If you get into sewing you can make all kinds of cheap underwear without a care for destruction

Oh! You know, that's true. I bet my mom could teach me, she's good at sewing. I probably shouldn't mention why I wanna learn sewing tho 😂
Well...she might be happy that I'm getting so much action and congratulate me 😭 /s
I used to be the biggest of virgins...lol

[–] frog@feddit.uk 6 points 2 days ago

Just make everything attached by velcro.

Or ones that have snaps and can be torn off in dramatic fashion.

[–] fracture@lemmy.blahaj.zone 4 points 2 days ago (1 children)

i get it, it's kind of intimate. it's sort of like rope. in reverse

Rope in reverse is fucking hilarious 😂
But yeah, sorta

I know most people around here like the Miisha posts and I don't have a problem with Miisha at all. But as someone who doesn't care for the genre of posts, it makes it really annoying to have to block a new account every two days.

I always rule back...in the end, anyway. I just gotta get over my current breakdown and I'm good to go! 😭
