I wish big tech had stayed on the peninsula and south bay. When I came to San Jose, most folks said SF was a place to play, San Jose was a place to work. Those were great days. Now too many techies work in SF and play … I guess somewhere else, if they even have time to play after their grind.
As crypto ruined it before that, and Web 2.0 ruined it before that, and Web 1.0 ruined it before that, and white flight ruined it before that.
