But no, it's always knocking books off shelves, rattling pipes, and making the temperature drop in random spots when I just took a shower.
I'm not fucking the ghost though, I prefer something a bit more solid.
Can I hire her to drop the temp after a shower? I'm super warm natured, so most days I'm sweating as soon as I get out. It would be nice to have an environmentally friendly cryotherapy option.

Just read the wiki on it - I agree with you, EVEN if the seller and real estate agent were lying about informing Stambovsky about the haunting, the very public profile of the haunting should have allowed Stambovsky to know this detail.

I don't agree with the appellate court decision that,
the most meticulous inspection and the search would not ...unearth the property's ghoulish reputation in the community;
Seems to me a pretty casual search would have revealed the reputation.
Also, beyond whether he knew it not, the haunting made the house more valuable, not less.
Just to clarify, this was 1991. What was the buyer casually searching? The local library's Reader's Digest archives from ten years prior? The Nyack newspaper archives?
I feel like people don't remember how information was shared and retained before the internet was everywhere. If it wasn't in an encyclopedia volume you owned or a magazine you subscribed to, you mostly just didn't know.
Maybe "casual" isn't the right word, but I would expect anyone paying $650k in 1991 (what is that, like $2million in today's dollars) to do their due diligence, which doesn't sound like it was done at all. And you aren't doing this yourself, you're paying someone to do it for you (esp with this kind of money on the line).
You can usually get rid of ghosts by giving your ventilation system a tune-up anyway.
