He's not strictly speaking doing a bad job as a liberal politician. However even as a supposed socialist all he's doing is strengthening capitalism kinda like FDR, he knows his place in the class struggle and its not on the side of the workers. Because of that he will offer small appeasements to the workers that governments down the line will remove if/when capitalism stabilizes.
By making minor improvements to society he is not pushing people towards socialism but rather making capitalism more comfortable just as FDR did. As we saw back then when a progressive both makes life too comfortable and fails to push for socialism not only does it not result in systematic improvement but the improvements they do back are later reverted.
Sure, so you're calling everyone that is trying to make people's lives better within the confines of the inherently oppressive system a Zionist. Sure, makes perfect sense.
Im saying he makes surface level improvement with no attempt to make any structural changes, change the party from within, or start his own party. He is the definition of someone whos legacy will be completely undone the second he leaves office with no lasting impact.
I get your argument but from that to being a Zionist (or a Nazi, same thing) is a stretch and one that destroys critical thinking and leftist constructive discussion.
When did I call him a Zionist or a Nazi? Can you please quote me directly (I said he's doing the job of a liberal politician and in all practical terms he's not really moving the ideals of socialism further, I didn't mention what he personally believes as I think that's unimportant)

the critical voice of people's lived experiences are amplified for the benefit of western audiences and there's plenty of documentation to prove it -- some of it from the american federal gov't itself.
