This seems very good. 3 mana 4/4 deathtouch with a very scary ability (the prepared spell) seems strong to me.

It's interesting that they took a previously grixis effect and made it "cheaper" because you can spread it over multiple turns and made the effect mono green: [[Breaking//Entering]]
Entering can grab any creature card in a graveyard and gives haste, which is a significant upgrade.
But in recent years they've been shortcutting "Look at the top X for something, and put the rest in your graveyard" into just "Mill X and put something among them into your hand/field"
