That's fine. What scares me are the accounts with hundreds of posts and no comments.

Community Rules
You must post before you leave
Be nice. Assume others have good intent (within reason).
Block or ignore posts, comments, and users that irritate you in some way rather than engaging. Report if they are actually breaking community rules.
Use content warnings and/or mark as NSFW when appropriate. Most posts with content warnings likely need to be marked NSFW.
Most 196 posts are memes, shitposts, cute images, or even just recent things that happened, etc. There is no real theme, but try to avoid posts that are very inflammatory, offensive, very low quality, or very "off topic".
Bigotry is not allowed, this includes (but is not limited to): Homophobia, Transphobia, Racism, Sexism, Abelism, Classism, or discrimination based on things like Ethnicity, Nationality, Language, or Religion.
Avoid shilling for corporations, posting advertisements, or promoting exploitation of workers.
Proselytization, support, or defense of authoritarianism is not welcome. This includes but is not limited to: imperialism, nationalism, genocide denial, ethnic or racial supremacy, fascism, Nazism, Marxism-Leninism, Maoism, etc.
Avoid AI generated content.
Avoid misinformation.
Avoid incomprehensible posts.
No threats or personal attacks.
No spam.
Moderator Guidelines
Moderator Guidelines
- Don’t be mean to users. Be gentle or neutral.
- Most moderator actions which have a modlog message should include your username.
- When in doubt about whether or not a user is problematic, send them a DM.
- Don’t waste time debating/arguing with problematic users.
- Assume the best, but don’t tolerate sealioning/just asking questions/concern trolling.
- Ask another mod to take over cases you struggle with, if you get tired, or when things get personal.
- Ask the other mods for advice when things get complicated.
- Share everything you do in the mod matrix, both so several mods aren't unknowingly handling the same issues, but also so you can receive feedback on what you intend to do.
- Don't rush mod actions. If a case doesn't need to be handled right away, consider taking a short break before getting to it. This is to say, cool down and make room for feedback.
- Don’t perform too much moderation in the comments, except if you want a verdict to be public or to ask people to dial a convo down/stop. Single comment warnings are okay.
- Send users concise DMs about verdicts about them, such as bans etc, except in cases where it is clear we don’t want them at all, such as obvious transphobes. No need to notify someone they haven’t been banned of course.
- Explain to a user why their behavior is problematic and how it is distressing others rather than engage with whatever they are saying. Ask them to avoid this in the future and send them packing if they do not comply.
- First warn users, then temp ban them, then finally perma ban them when they break the rules or act inappropriately. Skip steps if necessary.
- Use neutral statements like “this statement can be considered transphobic” rather than “you are being transphobic”.
- No large decisions or actions without community input (polls or meta posts f.ex.).
- Large internal decisions (such as ousting a mod) might require a vote, needing more than 50% of the votes to pass. Also consider asking the community for feedback.
- Remember you are a voluntary moderator. You don’t get paid. Take a break when you need one. Perhaps ask another moderator to step in if necessary.
that terrifies me because I can't interact with them, there's no dialogue.
I write replies and never read future comments. I guess there are sub-categories of "reply guy". No dialogue.
I apologise for nothing.
And the followup:

Not even that:

those are some nice numbers
I'm regretting this comments since it's gonna break such precious number but... I'm worse.

Amateurs... XD

You may have beaten me in comment count, but my post count is to be feared!
Fine, if you don't appreciate my dad joke replies...
I guess I'll sea myself out.
I'll wave goodbye :)
If noone has any more puns to add, I think it's alright to put a bow tide on it
Water you doing? Tons of people still have puns!
that's me. I got no content to post
you're really cute though! electrocute even :p

just a 1:176 ratio I'm good

1:25 ratio for me :p
Average of 4.6 comment/day for the duration of the account tho
I have a big sexy mouth that won't shut up
Despite being the last person this would ever apply to, it still makes me feel nervous
no i make posts sometime-
I love Southeast Asia
That is acceptable. :)
Don't come for me like that????
On the old site, I would always check a person's post versus reply ratio. If they had lots of posts but no replies, I would block them because they're just farming karma. If they had a good mix of posts and replies, I would upvote because they're not just farming karma they're interacting in the community. Fuck spez and GallowBoob.
Ok I'm swimming in the ocean... Now what?
Dis me. Also I like swimming in the sea if it's not too cold so that's alright I guess?
Okay! *puts on swimsuit*
(it'd look super silly on a wolf, but y'know)

I am of course not part of this group because i have 1 post
(and also am not a guy)
Well leaving the sea was a mistake, Nyah!
Takes both. What are you going to do to the lurkers?
Nothing. They're harmless. :)
They're the neutrinos of the internet. Thousands of them pass through every second, almost never interacting with other internet matter. I know you're out there, you internet neutrinos ❤️
Where does 5 posts and 1859 comments get me?
(Well technically only 4 posts because 1 bugged and duplicated when I made it)
I only reply, never post. And NEVER read replies from other users. I might as well be a bot. Beep boop.
No I'm not b-baka >-<
But my post quality... It's awful! (Comments are easier ;-;)
but I like your posts 🥺
Ummm aktually I have posted once
Into the sea I go
just like Harold Bishop!
23:2400. Surely I’m safe…
Wow, I'm almost at 100. Feels odd.
I reply from the sea, keeping the streak alive. Your move.
I finally made 1 post after a year of Lemmy. Less than 1 week ago. I will stick to posts thank you very much
Throwing shit at a wall and walking away isn't that big of a flex.
