It's hard to tell which of my memory issues are from ADHD and which are from other neurodivergences.
Getting deep into tech privacy has solved this for me. My browser essentially resets itself to factory defaults every time it opens. No more purple links!
I relate to this so hard. I can't stand targeted advertising or surveillance and switching to private alternatives helped a lot with my productively.
Set up a Pihole and see how much you're being watched. It's disgusting.
