I started feeling like this after I stopped being a teenager. Ofc I always look back on myself post teenager and think "I was so young then" but at the time it's different.

I'm 40 something. I would love to be able to have a nap at lunch. Yesterday I ate microwaved soup at my desk in lieu of a break.

Yeah, if you made it to 30, you could reasonably expect to live into your 60s.
