The DNC woke up after at least after the 2025 election, that's why they finally pivoted away from neoliberal chairs and elected one with a decade long track record of no biased primaries that took a purple state to one of the most actually progressive states in America.
And to be honest?
They probably learned that lesson earlier, when Biden won he got to name the chair from 2021-2026.
Before the DNC pivoted in 2026, the last vote they got for a party chair was 2017. And that was back when the DNC was broke and had to take Hillary's money even during the 2016 primary.
People just expect this to move fast, when it doesn't.
So people keep shitting on the new DNC because a billionaire's employee on TV won't tell them we got the party back from the oligarchs almost a year ago.
Stop letting the dying remnants of neoliberalism still in office convince you they're the party and they would control. They'd prefer it if we ignored primaries because that's the only way they can hold on.
