also should appreciate seeders who are the sole seeder for (otherwise) dead/lost torrent

It's probably out there but a list of these endangered' torrents would be great!
Go to your tracker of choice
Sort by seeders and/or search your media
If you find a release with no seeders on one tracker, search your other ones.
If you find a match, try to cross-seed.
Boom, you revived/contributed to the torrent.
