No. You're suppose to complain about your food being slightly wrong or not having the right thing that you didn't requiest and you're suppose to blame them and then demand a free meal as compensation

It's also best if the 'right thing' is not available in the store at all. Make sure to complain about things that the store has no control over as well like the CEOs political views. Position this as something for the cashier to solve personally.
