Hard not to be in these temps

I bought a fire pit from the big green shed yesterday and gave it a burl last night. Very happy, but I need to level it up today

Aaaah awesome. I'm grabbing a couple of offcuts of pipe today that will work as fire pits. Enjoy it, nothing quite like fire.

Edit. There's three. 2 are 450 mm diameter and 150 mm deep. One is 500 diameter and about 280 mm deep. All about 10mm thick. Should work a treat. I'll give at least one away, maybe two. Bit of a chore to get them back to the island but worth it.

Jesus they’re decent pipes. They’ll make great fire pits

Yeah I didn’t want to pay the money, it wasn’t cheap but it’s not bad

I’ll not only get rid of the remnants of the old fence but have my own charcoal for gardening as well

They're pretty hefty pipes mate. They're pretty damn long too when they come in. They deal in larger diameters too. Some pipes have about 50mm thickness. It's serious stuff for sure.

I'm a sparky by trade so it's all been new to me and a great learning curve.
